Coco Bear use Australia post tracking, & Courier services for all our deliveries. We only charge a flat rate delivery fee of $10 wherever you may reside in Australia. Please click the radio button next to the ZONAL RATES option during check-out.
Free Local Delivery Service
We also have a FREE LOCAL DELIVERY SERVICE for customers who reside in these postcodes: 2015,2206,2207,2193,2203,2204,2044,2048,2042,2043,2050,2205,2010,2020,2208,2216,2217,2220,2040, 2216,2131,2218,2130,2132,2133.
During your account creation, when you enter one of the above post codes with your delivery address, a FREE LOCAL DELIVERY SERVICE option will be added next to the ZONAL RATES option during check-out for your delivery services. There is no minimum purchase to qualify for the free local delivery service.
PLEASE NOTE: For customers who qualify - If you choose the FREE LOCAL DELIVERY option, deliveries will be made every FRIDAY afternoon. If you require a speedier service, please choose the ZONAL RATES option for delivery via courier.
What If Im Not Home To Accept Delivery Of My Parcel?
During check-out, you are given the opportunity to add a comment regarding your order in the "Add Comments About Your Order" box, perhaps some kind of special delivery instructions like leaving your parcel in a secure place in your premises if you are not able to sign for it. If you choose not to leave a comment regarding delivery, and are not able to sign for the package personnaly, Australia Post will leave you a calling card for you to pick up your parcel at a local Australia Post outlet. Once completed, just click continue at the bottom of the page.
We do advise our customers to use an address for delivery where you will be able to sign for the package, either your home or business address.
Please note: We will not cover for damaged goods incured through transit or for loss.
Your order will be processed within 24 hours of being placed.

Regular parcel deliveries within the same state.
Within metropolitan areas of capital cities, or within the same city or town or environs : Next business day
Between a metropolitan area of a capital city and country locations within NSW: 1-3 business days
Regular parcel Deliveries to other states
Between Sydney / Brisbane; Sydney / Melbourne; Sydney / Adelaide : 1-3 business days
Between other capital cities Perth, Darwin, Hobart, Launceston: 4-5 days
Other interstate locations : 3-7 business days

RETURNS EXCHANGES
CocoBear want you to be happy with your purchase, but if for some reason you are not satisfied you can return it to us in the original condition new & unopened with all tags attached within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. Postage costs at your own expense We are unable to accept items that are not in the original condition. We do not refund or exchange on sale items.
FAULTY PRODUCTS
If an item is faulty we will gladly refund or replace it. All postage costs for faulty goods will be covered by CocoBear.
